I had a bad experience with an agent, left a review based off of that experience. Received a phone call from Dee the next morning apologizing for my experience with other agent. That’s a huge deal!!!Kindness is a must when dealing with customer’s , it means a whole lot a call back from the owner, wanting our business!! Thank you very much Dee 😊
